If you are unsatisfied with your pre-sale product, you can return it for a refund within 30 days of the delivery date of your product.  To qualify for a refund your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, including all tags, product inserts and packaging.  We encourage you to accept a refund  less the donation (10% or 20%) you elected to make to

Once we receive your returned product we will inspect it and send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed less the 10% or 20% of sales price you opted to donate to Breast Cancer Research Foundation and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

If the item is defective ÉSTAINE will cover shipping costs.  For all other returns, you are responsible for all shipping costs.  Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.  You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure that we receive it.
