Items that do not have a specified ship date will initiate shipping 3 months after meeting the pre-sale manufacturing minimum. ÉSTAINE must reach its pre-sale goal to initiate manufacturing. If a goal is not reached by Dec. 2015 you will be given a refund. You will have the choice of a full refund or a refund less the percent donation you elect to give to a beneficiary of choice.
ÉSTAINE will update on the status of pre-sales and manufacturing via newsletters, email and/or on website.

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using First Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.
The rate charged for the shipping of your product is a flat rate per product. It is not based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown the total cost of all products purchased and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
